Safeguarding
Safeguarding the children at Meadowbank is everyone's responsibility, all staff receive annual training. The designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) Mrs Appleton, and the Deputy DSL is Mrs Jenkins. Our Safeguarding Governor is Mrs Jarvis.
We always welcome you to contact her should you have any worries, concerns or are experiencing challenges in school or at home. Any change in circumstances, no matter how small can influence the children in school. School staff are here to support both you and your child.
All information will of course be treated confidentially unless there is concern over child safety.
If you have a safeguarding concern for a child, you can make a referral to the Stockport’s Multi-Agency Safeguarding and Support Hub (MASSH), which is the single point of contact for the public and professionals to report concerns, request advice and share information about a child and or family. click here
